Childcare Teacher Broke 2-year-old leg: Pre-trial
SINGAPORE – The case of a former childcare instructor who allegedly broke the leg of a two-yr-previous boy will now go for a pre-trial convention on March 17.
Siti Hadijah Mohamed Sin, fifty one, who had been an element-time instructor at a department of My First Skool in Toa Payoh, is accused of grabbing the kid by his higher arms and heaving him backwards onto the ground twice. According to the cost, the boy suffered a hairline fracture in his left shin within the incident which occurred final July and was captured on the centre’s safety digital camera.
If convicted, Siti Hadijah might be fined as much as $A,000 and jailed for as much as 4 years. She has since been sacked by the childcare centre at Block 192, Lorong A, Toa Payoh. It is run by NTUC First Campus.
The courtroom issued a gag order on any info that would reveal the id of the boy. He not attends the childcare centre.
