Carpark rage turn violent
Incidents of road rage, aren’t an unusual sight in Singapore. However, one guy’s fury over a parking space at Chinatown Point’s carpark on Feb. 9 took things up to another level. Upset that the van in front of him turned right just to reverse into an empty slot on its left, an MPV driver rushed out of his car and marched over to the van in a fit of anger.
The MPV driver who is in yellow reached into the van to grab a bag and threw it in the direction of the other driver. In response, the vehicle’s passenger storm over and threw a punch at him. The situation escalated as the van driver jumped into action, joining the fight by throwing kicks and punches on the man in yellow.
The fight was stopped by passengers in both vehicles upon seeing the man in yellow falling to the ground from the intense fight.
