A young lad in China found himself in a sticky situation when he couldn’t pay his rent on time. In the midst of negotiating for a later date to make payment, the landlady made him an offer: stay a night with her, and she can put away with the rental.

The young lad must have had a huge shock from her reply as he immediately replied saying that he would transfer the rental fee on that day. Not satisfied with his reply, the landlady went another step further and offered 1 Year free rental in exchange for 1 night with her.

This conversation started to surface and circulated around social media. Many netizens came in to comment on the situation. Some said it was a good deal and that the young lad should accept the offer. Others said that if that were to happen, he would not be able to live through the whole night.

Let us know, what would you do in such a situation?
