With the circuit breaker (CB) being implemented, Singaporeans are aware that everyone has to wear a mask when they leave the house.

However, an infamous lady whose videos went viral a few times still chooses to defy that rule. This is her third time leaving the house without a mask and when passersby reminded her, she bragged that the police couldn’t do anything to her the previous times.

“They walked off, without a warning, without a fine,” she brags to passersby who kindly reminded her to put on her mask.

For her first offence, she was let off without a warning or fine. For the second time, she was investigated for breaching the safe distancing measures. And a few days ago, another photo of her buying food without a mask went around social media.

What makes this woman think that she is above the law to breach all the measures implemented during this pandemic? And why is it that she has not been arrested or fined for her offences?
