Many comparisons have been made by the public between the yellow bear and China’s President’s, President Xi Jinping. It is no surprise that the China film’s authority did not approve the screening of the New Winnie The Pooh’s movie.

Here are some moments where President Xi Jinping is put side to side with his lookalike.

The comparison started way back in 2013 when an image of Xi and Barack Obama was put side to side with Pooh’s characters. The image immediately went viral, and not long after, the bear’s brand became banned on Weibo from time to time.
